Refund policy

We hope you love your Mojo Swim but in the instance that you don’t, we are happy to offer a STORE CREDIT upon return of the item.

Your item(s) must meet the following requirements in order to be approved for store credit: 

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note we do not offer store credit on sale items (unless faulty)
Shipping must be supplied at buyers expense. We recommend getting a tracking number when you post your return as we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. 

We do not refund or exchange store credit for cash or other payment forms. Store credit must be used within our store.

FAULTY ITEM

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@mojoswim.com with your order number and photo of your order within 7 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.
